Who We Are

Our attorneys, Allison Manning and Nathan Manning are a brother and sister team, and their father, Jeff Manning, practiced law in the same location for close to 30 years. Both attorneys are graduates of Denison University in Granville, Ohio and Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. Our attorneys are licensed to practice in all state courts in Ohio and are members of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Lorain County Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and Wealth Counsel, LLC.

Our Philosophy

We are dedicated and approachable attorneys who believe in paying attention to detail and maintaining a high level of integrity in all dealings with our clients, the courts and other parties. We pride ourselves in keeping up to date on the most recent changes and updates to Ohio law.
